T20 (2020)

 A Sachin today would stand & wave

His blue surgical mask ,ear-loops flapping,

To the empty stands, the desolate seats

Yet there would still be excitement :

The fake piped noise on our TVs

As those perched on thrones would 

Have us believe that nothing's changed...

Covid took our bodies ,and hate took our hearts

Media only took the remnants of our minds..
